Coming off a stellar 42-point season, Rutgers will look for "the professor" to step up as one of the team leaders, filling the void left by the graduation of veteran Dave Gandelman. Fulton looks primed for success this season, as he was one of the main driving forces behind Team New Jersey 86-87's Championship success at State Wars this past summer. Fulton was named to 86-87 AAA Team America and Team Honor, as New Jersey captured the gold medal, defeating Illinois in the finals, 10-5.
